Tuesday Throwdown (300th Post Celebration and Giveaway)

DRS The Rose - 24 June 16

Project Instructions:
I wanted to use the color purple. So I found some design cardstock. I die cut the Sue Wilson mini gemini die lynx twice and decided to use one on the top and one the bottom to frame the Penny black Rose. At first, I was going to color the Rose, but decided to make it a silhouette cut in lilac cardstock and placed on the purple. For a pop of color, I placed a yellow ribbon on the stem. This can also be used anniversary or Just Because

SURPRISE Birthday Beach Blog Hop Celebrating Asha

Materials: Paper from stash, used two doli's one on the top and the other on the bottom, added some bling on the top doli, added some dimensions on the side with wild orchid flower and leaves from Sue Wilson, colored MHK image with spectrum noir alcohol markers, PP2, FS2, FS7, plate FL1, CR5, BP1, trim LG2, BT3, GT1

SAS4Kids #127 Punches/Diecuts 4 Kids - 18 June 16

Morning Peeps, Today's challenge is #127 Send A Smile for Kid. The theme for this challenge is Punches/Diecuts 4 Kids. The image is  My Friend Fluffy - Pretty Kitty Sponsor Dollar Graphics Depot. Our second sponsor is Bugaboo prize 7 digis.

Dies R Us Loving Hearts - 17 June 16

Project Instructions:
I cut out yellow designer paper and matted on black cardstock. I cut a small black border and added Cheery Lynn mini fanciful flourish to bring out the yellow color on the black. I die cut the memory box loving hearts arch on black cardstock. Then placed in on the yellow designer background paper. Added some embellishments around the arch, added flower on black border. Finish off with the Elizabeth Craft sentiment Love sentiment in the corner. So perfect that anniversary or just because.

Tuesday Throwdown TT298 Anything Goes - 14 June 16

Morning Peeps, Tuesday Throwdown challenge #TT298. The theme is "Watercolor." Our sponsor is Freckled Fawn. Freckled Fawn was so generous and supplied each DT designer a few of their embellishment to use on our beauty.

Materials: Scrap paper, Freckled Fawn embellishments, queen & co pearls that I colored. I created the background with Brusho yellow ochre, burnt sienna, olive green. You will never get the same results twice. So I went with this combination. Placed a Cheery Lyn tropical flourish on top of the background added spellbinder butterfly that I die cut out of the same paper used for the background.
